One of my .psd files have the problem. When I opened one of them I saw an error - Photoshop cannot open files in the "Adobe Photoshop JPEG File" format. I used to another version of Adobe Photoshop and it couldn't open it. I have to repair psd image.
Waving your arms up and down never works. Try double clicking on the file really hard ... I mean like you really mean it. Are you using a mouse, touchpad, or stylus to select the file?
