Login to your My NCARB account and you can walk through the process to schedule an exam and see all the available sites and schedule availability. You don't actually have to schedule one yet. Just go through the process.
As long as your qualified to take an exam you can take it at any testing center that offers it. I was a candidate in State 1, lived in State 2 and tested in States, 2 & 3 depending on availability.

Are there multiple options for testing dates like in the US?
