Document management

I'm curious what other firms use for document management. Mine uses standardized windows explorer folders and I'm curious if that's still the norm, or if there are other softwares or methods people are implementing.

Also, for those who are using ProCore (or other software like that), do you keep copies of RFIs or Submittals for your in-office records? Or do you keep it all in ProCore's online database?

I use Procore a lot. We keep copies of RFIs, Submittals, and Responses in the job folder. Procore is nice to keep everything organized, but it doesn't reduce any steps in work flow.
