AA MSSED VS GSAPP MSAUD

I got offers from both schools, they both 1yr course and have interesting lecture.
AA: I haven't found many information regarding to AA SED except on their course website. I've heard that the graduation rate in UCL is pretty low, not sure whether AA is the same? Does anyone have any idea about that?
GSAPP: great location but more expensive.
Any suggestion? The deadline of accepting the offer is getting close.........
