So I'm finishing by Bachelors in history and applying to architecture programs. I really wanna get in to city college's school for various reasons (tuition, location etc.) I'm confident in my artistic and creative abilities. However, I haven't done much art in the past 5 years so I'm working now to create some nice paintings, models and sketches. Can anyone tell me what exactly they are looking for in a portfolio? What is the main factor? portfolio or GPA/academic background? I think I'm overall a quite appealing applicant. I have an unique life story with a 3.7+ GPA from a prestigious school bla bla bla..... :)  Thanks!
