Im a student. Now I have an assignment, to redevelop historical building project. acadamic project. would you please recoomend me some case studies. I try to seach it, looking for before vs after renovation, or some activities that make building rebirth again, but cant find anything much If you can suggest,pleasee Thank you very much
There are thousands of precedents. You should have found at least some - what search terms are you using?
Being able to do your own research is an important skill - maybe you should ask the librarian at your school for advice.
first came to mind.. viollet le duc work in the 17th century reviving gothic architecture...but as anonitect just said there are thousands of case studies.. simply google "historic buildings rehabilitation"....
