if it's not, then how much is the annual tuition fee? 

do they change according to their financial situation?

No.  Starting in 2014 newly admitted undergrads and M.Arch students pay half-tuition (which is currently $20,400 per year.)  Additionally students are responsible for their own living expenses, and various fees.

I would trust an internet forum over anything the actual college would publish on their materials.  Why go directly to the source when you can get info 3rd hand?

I was perhaps a little harsh.... good luck though.  you might try applying to some really expensive schools, they sometimes give really good financial aid.....
