I've been to the building the picture was taken from, but unless you can read Japanese you might have trouble finding any info on that building. Tokyo is full of odd/unique high rise buildings, which makes it even more difficult to find documentation on them.

Can anyone identify the name/architect of the building in question? The picture was taken in Tokyo. Much thanks in advance.
How about you take 30 minutes in google earth and pinpoint its distinct shape?
