architecteller

Hi,

I'm approaching a deadline and need to produce an atmospheric section but in as little time as possible, does anyone have any tips or tricks they can share? cheers.

tip #1. start earlier

tip #2. don't have to rush at the end.

trick #1. tell teacher the truth that people on archinect were not helpful and that was the reason why you did not meet deadline.

trick #2. after telling your teacher the truth, tell him "cheers" as well.

If there's a section already, wouldn't random collage be the fastest way? Opacity, crop, juxtapose, paint brush here and there.

If there's no section ready, then just outline as fast as you can and do the above. Panic is an atmosphere of sorts, as well as fear. Who knows, you might surprise yourself with the result.

that's a real test. don't let acad to cut your section all by itself, drive your software. do it yourself. it will be a real revelation about how you really know what you have in your building. if you did your homework, it will come out reasonably fast. it shouldn't be the last drawing you draw but be a drawing hopefully you used all along and nurtured.
