I am curious as to who, on this message board, works for or has worked for Gensler. I am NCARB certified and soon to be licensed in both NY and Florida. The office I am considering is in Tampa (about a 45 minute drive). I am currently employed at a small, local firm and really need a change!! Nine years is too long without a raise!!
Anyway, can anyone give me any insight to Gensler or HOK? (Both firms have offices in Tampa).
What is more worrying is that you wen 9 years without a raise. Are you creating additional value for your firm? After 9 years you should be working your way up towards a position that gives you a stake in the firm and the kind of responsibilities they will pay more for...
