Mid Century Modern School Building?

Brian2231

Hello everyone. I wanted to know if my school building design could be classified as mid century modern. I don't know who the architect is but it was built in 1962 and opened in 1963. I want to say that it was designed in 1961. There are large window walls and the classrooms themselves have a lot of windows. The ceiling is exposed in most of the building with the exception of a few classrooms. I've attached some pictures so you guys can check it out. Let me know if there are other school buildings out there that share similar characteristics.

Looks like a classic mid-century modern to me.

Yup, agree. Mid-century modern schools are very common across the US. Are you looking for something specific about this topic?

It was a good period of design, before the misguided idea of building schools without windows took hold...
