I have a full time job in an architecture office, but I'd like to do something related, on the weekends for extra cash/knowledge. I cant seem to find weekend only jobs WITHIN the above fields. Entry level or possibly an unpaid intern position would be fine with me. Has anyone else here done this, or does anyone have any recommendations on how I should continue my search?

Your weekend job should be to network. Go out, make friends. That matters more than anything in this profession.
ups has seasonal part time work;
you can meet lots of new people;
and, bonus, the uniforms aren't black!
