Logic tells me that this guy was put there to give the Russians credence to their crowing of being threatened with a NATO-led invasion. Seriously, no American working in the Ukraine to help the current Ukrainian gov't further THEIR cause either wouldn't have been there to be caught by a film crew, and definitely wouldn't have spoken a word to this reporter running after people. Nothing more than propaganda made to corroborate regional conspiracy theories. That being said, it wouldn't surprise me in the least that the US has advisors there helping the Ukrainian side.

I like how when there is no way of proving a conspiracy theory or propaganda piece the US special forces are so ridiculously covert it would be impossible to prove anything. But in this case, this highly trained covert specialist talks to a camera lady........I still go with Modernists architect not allowed to practice in Charleston. Seems just as plausible.
