I need a book and material that can help me with project management. I need to know about leading a project and there are so many books out there, it's hard to know which one is the best, fast to read, and concise.

In more than 20 years of doing this, I've never seen a book about architectural project management that wasn't crap. However, there are some useful resources out there. The software development community is much better at good PM than architects are.
