Felice Varini uses optical illusion but they don't guide you to things or have any useful purposes like the parking garage above. I need work where designers use illusion as a useful tool not aesthetic.
If you fail to see the connection between Varini and the image you posted I don't think anybody or anything people post is going to be helpful to your crappy project. It is the concept that is important not the specific signage/text/shapes/images used.
