Thematic : Connect offices to student housings

This project takes place in the Descartes campus which is composed of both offices and colleges.

In this projects, the idea is to create a place for students and innovative businesses to meet : a third place which creates a fluid network to complement the initiated paths linking the various programs of the neighborhood.

Instead of an extension to the existing student residence, we choose to juxtapose the new one to it, providing ground floor programs that did not exist before. The new building then spreads to the east, becoming offices. The "in between" is a semi-public space, open to both students and business men, where they get to find both calm and attractive areas.
