Ten Aedas projects wins Asia Pacific Property Awards 2015

Among the 10 Aedas-designed projects that won this year’s Asia Pacific Property Awards, Element Suzhou Science and Technology Town in Suzhou and Mapletree Minhang Business City and VivoCity in Shanghai, China, are the highest scoring winners in respective categories and will represent Asia Pacific to compete against other winning projects from Europe, Africa, the Americas and Arabia at the year-end International Property Awards 2015.

This year Aedas’ ten awarded projects are:

  • Element Suzhou Science and Technology Town, Suzhou – Nominee for International Property Awards 2015 and 5-Star Best Hotel Architecture, China
  • Mapletree Minhang Business City and VivoCity, Shanghai – Nominee for International Property Awards 2015 and 5-Star Best Mixed-use  Architecture, China
  • Ciputra International, Jakarta – 5-Star Best Mixed-use Architecture, Indonesia
  • Shanghai Greenland Qingpu Xujing District, Shanghai – Highly Commended, Mixed-use Architecture, China
  • Heartland 66, Wuhan – Highly Commended, Mixed-use Architecture, China  
  • The Heart of Yiwu, An ‘Urban Living’ Plaza, Yiwu – Highly Commended, Retail Architecture, China
  • The Bankside Towers, Shanghai – Highly Commended, Office Architecture, China
  • Renhe Spring Residential Development, Chengdu – Highly Commended, Residential High-rise Architecture, China
  • Shijiazhuang Ximei Business Hotel, Shijiazhuang – Highly Commended, Hotel Architecture, China
  • LAND Experience Center, Xi’an – Highly Commended, Leisure Architecture, China

The Asia Pacific Property Awards are part of the long-established International Property Awards and the winners are recognised as a symbol of excellence throughout the global industry. These accolades distinguish excellence in the property industry worldwide and promote an international standard. The judging panel of the awards consists of tens of world renowned professionals. This year’s International Property Awards will be held in December.
