The Zwilling J.A. Henckels U.S. Logistics Center is a mixed use facility including 100,000sf of product storage and distribution, 17,000sf of office, a 2,000sf culinary studio, and a 4,000sf outlet store. All four uses are contained in one building that utilizes the salvaged foundation and footprint of an abandoned manufacturing facility on the 8.2 acre site. The new facility streamlines and expands Zwilling J.A. Henckels warehouse and office functions while creating marketable customer experiences through onsite shopping and culinary classes with fine dining.
