The set of the program is composed of 36 collective housings and 26 intermediate housings. The two types correspond to ways of living differently: "classic" and fixed for the the first, atypical and evolutionary for the second one. This has the intention of answering with a maximum of possibilities to the different demands of the buyers (the first buyers, investors, families, early couples, etc ...).

The intermediate buildings are conceived as small blocks, of compact form, in which the sequence is interrupted regularly by the emptinesses where they find the approach roads to the plot and the income to the housings. Every volume type possess two duplexes of 3 rooms garden, in the ground and first floor, and two smaller housings of 1 and 2 rooms accessible directly for terraces privates in the second floor. All the duplex housings in ground floor of the intermediate buildings are characterized by the lounges to double height, about which the volume is thought as a real functional reserve of space. A door - window in the top floor of the lounge, the detachable rail of the landing and the electrical installation already realized for the future supplementary room, allows to realize to a low price, a room of 12m ², convertible in bedroom or office depending on the evolution of the families.

The constructive principle adopted for the union of the buildings is a mixing of wood and concrete according to the parts:

• Fronts ambles perpendicular to the streets, interior walls and floors, in reinforced concret.  
• Fronts not ambles on the street and on the garden, walls not ambles of framework and coating of wood of pine pre-aged.

The visual and formal aspect of the buildings has a correspondance all time to this constructive principle, which gives him a big coherence and homogeneity to the set of the volumes.
