The design proposal for the 250 sqm office space intends to generate an open creative space. As a reaction to the long and narrow proportition of the space, BHA's proposal divids the office in three main areas which are seperated by two free standing cubicles - so called function boxes - containing all serving programme, seperating the space - yet maintaining the spatial depth and generating a floating circulation scheme as a contrast to the rigide and systematic arrangement of the workstations.
