Private Ranch located in Southern Arizona, boast all the comforts of a small city.  The $35M renovation and addition project was driven by Clients who wanted to retreat to a desert spa environment complete with separate servants quarters and private security force.  Buildings are constructed of masonry covered with stucco, metal roofs and non combustible material.
