This lab/classroom facility is the first building to be constructed on the new "Industrial Campus" located adjacent to the traditional OC Tech campus core. It blends architectural elements from the existing campus buildings with a new industrial aesthetic featuring metal panels and large pre-engineered structural system that reference architectural trends in the workplace. Inside the labs and classrooms are completely up to date with technology and the latest teaching tools, and planned for maximum flexibility and adaptability to anticipate future changes in program and mission. Instructors and visitors alike can observe most teaching spaces from view panels featured in the corridor that simultaneously improve safety and promotion of the curriculum.
