Audio Nova

Concept Store: Zones
Welcome area

The welcome area could also be called the informative area. The purpose is to have “minimum” 50% of the walls white and “maximum” 50% warm grey. Floor and ceiling will always be white. The green carpet and suspended light is a reminder of the identity and hereby guides the view from outside to inside. The area should be open and accessible. It is crucial that the audiologist behind the desk can see the persons in the waiting area. Administrative side Reception side, RAL 9003 coated resin polyester.
Waiting area
The waiting area should be visible from the cash desk. The customers can wait “actively” for their appointment as products can be tested. As for the waiting area, the purpose is to have “minimum” 50% of the walls whitened “maximum” 50% warm grey. Floor and ceiling will always be white. The green carpet will also be placed to have a smooth atmosphere.
• Fluidity through curved walls
• Partially hidden from the entrance
• Comfort and service

Consultation rooms
Give human atmosphere and respect the privacy through translucent doors. The key element of the consultation room is the acoustics. It may not sound at all and exterior sound should be avoided as much as possible. For these reasons, the consultation rooms will be at the back of the store. The floor covering is carpet in order to have a warmer atmosphere. Its color is warm grey as all walls are white. Regarding the position of the consultation desk, it is important that the audiologist has a view on the glass door. For the customer’s privacy, the glass door will be translucent instead of transparent. The testing arch is foreseen in the corner of the room and fits perfectly with its curved shape. All other technical material is dissimulated to avoid clinical fears.
Materials, colors and shapes
Medical white softened and humanized by warm grey. Green touches express audacity and freshness, and remind of the color of the identity. Soft materials and curved shapes reinforce the fluidity of the concept.
