This project is for a pool house on a hillside farm site overlooking the Ohio River in western Kentucky.
The clients wanted to build an in-ground pool with a pool house as a servant space to the pool. The pool house is constructed from heavy timbers manufactured in New England, and is clad with reclaimed barn boards from an old barn previously on the property.
The pool house contains a Kitchen, Living Room, Changing Room, and Bathroom. A 40' long wall of operable glass doors allows the entire pool house to be open to pool and the the commanding view of the hilltop site.
