This is a new construction project of a 15,000 square foot medical clinic and ambulatory surgery center.  The facility includes 12 exam rooms, lab, open office, private offices, nurse stations, 4 surgery rooms, pre-operation, recovery area, sterile prep room and additional supportive spaces.  The laboratory is a controlled environment for data collection and analysis with special care during design layout and finish material selections.  Advanced Pain Solutions is designed for LEED certification. The building is designed with a combination of stone cladding, brick, aluminum curtain walls and translucent canopy panels at the entry. The estimated cost of this project is $4,500,000.
