South China Material City, Nanning
This design proposal of South China City ASEAN Exhibition and Convention
Center is an anchor for our client’s 7 Square Kilometer development in Nanning,
China. The 5 square Kilometer project is a donation from our client to the city of
Nanning. The project consist of a total built area of 130 square kilometer that
includes new 2 square kilometer CDB, a 10.4 square kilometer ASEAN+3
exhibition center, a 6 square kilometer mega outdoor shopping street a 50,000
square meter convention center, and residential developments.
