Our design celebrates the making of the food, the highlights of the restaurant are the show-kitchen and the "staged" noodle bar.
The customers may engage with the noodle making process; the beating sound of the flour, the steaming Xiao Long Bao are all part of our our design.
We have articulated the branding of the original Shanghai Lao Lao shop at the HK International Airport with Hinz Pak. We wish that the new branding may be manifested on every facets of the interior architecture.
