A complete gut renovation of an existing three bedroom apartment, along with interior design reusing client's collection of family heirlooms and vintage furniture. Features include a white lacquer galley kitchen with walnut highlights and banquette, Vietnamese eggshell doors uncovering a custom wedge desk with bronze details, 212box signature children's trundle bed complete with reading lights (dark plyboo strand board), a homework den with 212box custom carpet and millwork, master dressing room living glass door insets with Anigre wood detailing, walnut cantilevered credenza and stereo unit, and the master bedroom cove lighting.

The entire project was construction managed by 212box Build; materials purchased, contractor coordination and full on-site management for total cost savings to the client.
