Rosa Parks offers energy-efficient, multi-family housing in Coachella Valley.

The 193,000 sq. ft. project incorporates 57 units of multifamily housing for Palm Springs residents. Teaming with the Coachella Valley Housing Coalition, all units will be restricted to low-and very-low income residents. The overall building design and materials are 20% above CA Title 24 energy standards.
