Howard L. Zimmerman Architects, P.C. completed a façade a parapet restoration for 888 Park Avenue, a luxury cooperative building with highly decorative ornamentation located in a landmark district.

Project challenges for this assignment included replicating decorative stonework and brickwork to achieve authentic results.

SCOPE OF WORK:

1. Façade restoration 
2. Brick re-pointing and parapet wall replacement
3. Decorative limestone and lintel replacement

Restoration completed in 2001.
