Architect Dan Weber had no problem reimagining an outdated 1960s home on a modest budget. Located in Santa Barbara's Bel Air Knolls neighborhood, this house was transformed into an ultramodern, minimalist Santa Barbara home showcasing sophisticated design throughout.

Dan Weber Architecture maintained the hipped roofs on the existing structure as well as the basic bones of the initial building, and managed to add an impressive 600-square-feet to the master suite. A larger bedroom and spacious living area off the bedroom open onto an outdoor patio, primed for outdoor entertaining in the backyard. The home also features vaulted ceilings, wall-to-wall expanses of class, cantilevered corners and high quality finishes throughout.
