Amenta Emma provided architectural services for this water company's 68,000 sf headquarters' relocation to Rye Brook, NY. With approximately 130 employees, the project consisted of a full complement of services, from finding a building through move-in, in 9 months. As a headquarters, the dense program included an innovation center, training room, heavy video conferencing, a communicating stair, and CEO suite, all while achieving LEED Gold certification.
