Creo', the term 'to create' in Latin, evokes an air of intrigue, yet is seemingly romantic. Having been renovated originally from a Howard Johnson's, Mangia is no stranger to change. Seeing as Scott Townsend, Principal of 3t, previously designed all of the Mangia Restaurants, including this original, it was a conscious decision to bring 3t's team on for their talent and variety of services.
