The owners asked 3t to provide a solution that would reinvigorate the property and provide a return on their already-invested dollars. The resulting apartment building maintains the street front and provides a bold face to the public. The pop outs contrast sharply with the more reserved face of the mass. Once all is in place, not only will the 82,000 SF building bubble with life, it will make the entire neighborhood less lethargic.
