Conversion and rehabilitation of a 1920’s era five story terra-cotta clad building into eight two-bedroom units and a cafe.

This building, purpose-built by the Oddfellows, will see new life in a joint venture with the original  owning entity and a local developer, allowing a long languishing turn-of-the-century architectural gem to be lovingly restored and re-purposed for the future.

Board of Building Standards variance for original single exit stair compliance despite use change; Zoning variances for roof deck and zero rear or side yard compliance; historic tax credits pending.

Currently in progress, scheduled completion in 2011.
