Loci Architecture transformed this small, one-bedroom apartment into a clean and more contemporary residence for our client.  New sliding kitchen doors with a translucent acrylic resin help to divide the spaces while not sacrificing floor space. With the muted and off-white colors consistent throughout, the insertion of a bold red backsplash brings energy to the space. Sustainable strategies include the use of renewable/recycled materials, installation of low-flow fixtures and improvement of indoor air quality.
