As a collaborative duo, Smith|Allen brings together an architect and designer with a sculpture and installation artist. Our work responds to site, form, structure, and interaction. We are focused on creating site-responsive, large scale works that investigate the relationship between nature and technology. We explore this dialectic through different lenses of man, machine, and environment.

Utilizing 3D printing, and other digital fabrication processes, we make, do, create, and build projects that push the envelope of art and design. We seek grafts, transmutations, and transfiguration within the spaces of our surroundings.
