Carol Egan is a highly sought-after designer for a select, international clientele who admire her thoughtful and considered approach to each individual and project. With her Manhattan-based firm, CarolEgan Interiors, the Dublin native has brought her reflective, aesthetic sensibilities to both corporate and luxury residential projects in the United States, Europe and Asia.
Carol has spent the past decade transforming living and working spaces for everything from sleek downtown lofts to a bespoke Soho hotel. Her clients have included fashion ateliers, high-end retail boutiques and even the New York Mets. She has delivered her distinctive vision and style to private homes in New York, Paris, London, Dublin, Aspen, Palm Beach and Connecticut.
CarolEgan Interiors also creates custom furniture for many of its projects with an expansion of the exclusive line planned for the future. The designer’s work is featured in Thames & Hudson's 2010 hardcover, Living Modern (the “interiors bible for this generation”), as well as publications such as Architectural Digest, Elle Decor, Interior Design, Glamour, NY Spaces, Stella Magazine, Interiors and Guardian UK.
Carol holds a BFA from Parsons School of Design in New York and a liberal arts degree from the University College Dublin. She currently resides in Manhattan.
