Neal Beckstedt Studio is a boutique design firm offering comprehensive architectural, interiors and product design services for a spectrum of residential, corporate, retail, and hospitality clients. For each commission, the studio creates modern, comfortable and relaxed spaces tailored to the client’s goals.
Upon completion of his architecture studies, Neal began his career at Keenen/Riley Architects focusing on private residential commissions. Subsequently, he commenced his nine-year role as Design and Studio Director at S. Russell Groves, leading multiple teams on acclaimed retail, hospitality and residential projects. Key projects include several boutiques for Giorgio Armani, a hotel concept for Baccarat, the design of the Shanghai flagship for Tiffany & Co., as well as the interior design for The Lucida condominium tower, the Upper East Side’s first LEED-certified building.
Within his own studio, Neal is continuing this diversity of projects with both residential and retail commissions. Current projects include an oceanfront vacation home in Fire Island for fashion designer Derek Lam, a master suite addition and pool house for an existing 10,000 square foot home in Westchester, several Manhattan pieds-à-terre, as well as a Madison Avenue boutique for eyewear designer Robert Marc.
