Named Zhang Yuan, the site has recently reopened after a complete rehabilitation of its historic buildings.&nbsp;</p> <p>As part of the <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/969347/revamp" target="_blank">revamp</a>, coffee roaster and retailer Blue Bottle Coffee Company commissioned Neri&amp;Hu to create a retail space in one of the old residences.
