The idea is to extend a walkway stretching from the northern part of S&ouml;derman to the eastern point out over the motorway that currently takes up most of the waterfront.&nbsp;</p><p>Perched on a load bearing structure made of a repetitive steel console structure bolted to the bedrock, the infinity pool would contain water pumped from the Baltic Sea and cleaned in a small treatment plant. The water would be heated with waste heat. According to the designers, you could even swim in parts of it during the spring and fall.
