This will be Ando's first building in New York.</p><p>Here's more detail about the upcoming project:</p><p>"New York-based luxury&nbsp;residential development firm Sumaida + Khurana have closed on a $21,000,000&nbsp;deal to acquire a site at 152 Elizabeth Street in Nolita and announced&nbsp;plans to&nbsp;develop it into an approximately 32,000-square-foot, iconic, ultra luxury condominium&nbsp;building. The building will feature 8 units and will be located at the corner&nbsp;of&nbsp;Kenmare and Elizabeth Street.
