Launched Tuesday, the&nbsp;<a href="" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">AFH Chapter Network</a>&nbsp;is gathering opinions and ideas worldwide in the form of video responses in <a href="" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">a short survey</a> until September 8.
