David Cameron stepped down as Prime Minister, and was replaced two weeks ago by fellow Conservative, Theresa May. However, it remains up in the air wether the plans for a third runway will be given permission by the UK government. The Aspire Tower emerged from a design excellence competition held by the Council and is set to establish a new benchmark for innovative, passive-environmental design in Australian high-rise developments.
