Over the last eight years, Times Square has invited architects, designers, and artists to propose an interactive Valentine-themed heart installation for their annual Valentine Heart Design competition. The winning entry would then be constructed at Father Duffy Square in time for Valentine's Day.</p><p><a href="http://collective-lok.com" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Collective-LOK</a> was announced today as the 2016 competition winner with their design, "Heart of Hearts". Towering above 10 feet tall, Heart of Hearts is a ring of nine faceted mirrored hearts clad in sparkling gold, thus creating a kaleidoscopic interior space that "dissolves the boundaries between viewing and performing".
