It will be located on the corner of 5th Avenue and 53rd Street and will replace an existing building that has been occupied by Rolex since the 1970s.</p> <figure><p><a href="https://archinect.gumlet.io/uploads/9d/9dfcfbd628ad228f768c8638bc533efc.jpg?auto=compress%2Cformat&amp;w=1028" target="_blank"><img src="https://archinect.gumlet.io/uploads/9d/9dfcfbd628ad228f768c8638bc533efc.jpg?auto=compress%2Cformat&amp;w=514"></a></p></figure><p>At 25 stories and 165,000 square feert, the new structure will hold new office areas, a new Rolex store at the ground level.
