And, we&rsquo;re pleased to see concrete changes being made: the <a href="https://archinect.com/news/tag/761285/serpentine-galleries" target="_blank">Serpentine Gallery</a> has prohibited unpaid interns from working on its pavilion, and <a href="https://archinect.com/firms/cover/145731740/elemental-s-a" target="_blank">Elemental</a>, the firm headed by Pritzker Prize winner <a href="https://archinect.com/Alejandro_Aravena" target="_blank">Alejandro Aravena</a>, has ended its almost decade-long unpaid internship program. </p>
