Main responsibility was to establish the framework for a residential application guide used for marketing purpose. It presents scene control effect to the end users through 3d renderings of different light conditions within the same space for different room types. An extensive amount of research was also conducted to define room types/ space scenario etc. Software used include Rhino, Vray for Rhino and Revit. Also helped the firm to set up its initial in-house rendering protocols.

Main responsibilities included help team with 2d drafting, 3d model building, and produce renderings. Also helped with design development and construction document. Familiar with basic building codes and city submittals. Projects worked on included single family house, condominiums, hotels, mix-use plazas. Software used includes AutoCAD, Photoshop, Rhino and Vray.
