House is in a peaceful but convenient area in Austin, Texas, which facing a plaza for public activities at north direction.
There are 3 different unit types for elders, kids and assistant families. With assistant families sharing the same community with elders and
kids, both richness and convenience are added to the community life. Two unit types for assistant families with single kid or multiple kids
locate at the north side of the site ; And one unit type of elders and kids living together occupies the other four sides.
Based on the flexible and rich sectional variations, while the exterior lo oks common, the infinite possibilities of the interior enable the two
special groups to live together with respective privates spaces but enjoy mutual help simultaneously. Furthermore, every furnitue piece
