To rehabilitate and reform a housing of middle of The XXth in the surrounding areas of the Nature reserve of Aracena's saw and Aroche's Peaks in a plot that was consisting of a principal building as housing and secondary other one for stables realized in constructive traditional systems.
The offer claims a contemporary review of the Huelva’s saw rural architecture model rehabilitating the principal building, in which ground floor will locate the zone by day in a diaphanous space and, in the first floor, the zone by night with bedrooms, distributor and bath. In addition the old stables are reformed taking advantage of the current front wall as exterior closing. Exterior zone’s treatment is specially important to expand the ground floor adapting to the topography. There are projected platforms orientated to the (exceptional) sights, which descend up to the low level where the swimming pool is situated. The criteria that guide the offer are the integration in the environment, employment of natural, healthy, biocompatibles and recycled materials, utilization of the existing resources, use of energetic saving systems, equipment with low impact furniture and programming of the residual elements treatment.
